REFUND POLICY

At HEIGHTINC©, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must be in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been used or worn.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
